Triathlon Coach?

Coach Valerie has competed on a national and international level in triathlon/duathlon for over 20 years. Because it was difficult to find triathlon coaches in the late 80s and early 90s, she relied on the expertise of coaches specializing in each discipline. It paid off with five Hawaii Ironman Finishes; a Gold Medal at ITU Long Course Triathlon World Championships; two time first place finishing teams in the Race Across America ; numerous age-group Triathlon and Duathlon World Championships…

But this success took a certain amount of juggling to fit the three sports together.
