Knowing the right food to eat while you are training is a not always straightforward. Luckily, Coach Molly is a nutritionist and can help you map out the way to eat for success.
Coach Molly Breslin of 22Tri offers a 30 minute initial nutrition consultation by phone in order to get to know each other, ask questions, review goals, and make sure we are a good “fit” for one another. This includes a full questionnaire and interview, 10-day food diary analysis, and general recommendations for overall nutrition as well as general recommendations for training and racing nutrition.
Coach Molly also offers an Intensive Training and Racing Nutrition Plan. This plan is designed for those who wants more intensive/specific direction and planning for training and racing after completion of the Full Sports Nutrition Consult. Not a a one-size-fits all package; this plan is personalized exactly for your needs, with feedback and planning “tweaks” on a weekly basis, monthly, or bi-monthly throughout your season as you desire.
