$300/month with a six-month minimum;

The Platinum Plan is the ultimate coaching program for the athlete who wants
unparalleled service and RESULTS! This comprehensive program is limited to
the select few who want maximum advisement, feedback, and one-on-one
consultation. Your coaching program will include a combination of structured
personal training schedules, continual analysis of your progress and
interaction via phone and email with Coach Valerie.
Included with This Program:
- 60 minute initial consultation to discuss your goals and other training considerations
- Weekly training programs emailed to you detailing every aspect of your training
- Weekly phone consultations and unlimited email interaction
- Customized Run, Bike and/or Swim Workouts
- Heartrate Field Tests for Swim, Bike and/or Run
- Suggested Group Workouts
- Integrated Strength & Core Training Program
